Repositioning/last cruise at port???

Hi All~

 

I am leading the "Mayhem On The Miracle" CC group on the last Miracle cruise from Tampa before it is repositioned. It will also go to dry dock immediately following ours and before the move.

 

My question is: Have any of you been on ship on the last cruise? I have people asking about "running out of stuff". I'm thinking more in terms of the good sales:D .

 

Any comments??

I was on the Miracle the last cruise before it was going up the Jax to do CTN for the super bowl. The crew you could tell were happy, on the last day the pools and hot tubs were being closed up, some dividers were up, but the service while we were waiting to get off the ship was top notch. The whole week the food and the service was 100%.

We were on the Holiday out of San Juan several years ago on it's last voyage before drydock. I have to say it was the most disappointing Carvinal cruise we took. The staff, in our case, were more anxious to be getting a 3-week vacation. I'm not saying that we didn't enjoy our cruise and that the service was sub-par, it just wasn't one of the best. We had hoped, like you, there would be deals to be had but we found none.
