Arriving at LAX

Recommended Posts

We were there two days ago, used luggage carts as did a bunch of other people and I sure didn't pay anything for them and didn't see anyone else pay either.

We had gone through LAX two weeks prior and there was no charge then either that I was made aware of.

Unless you happen to "find" one, you need to put the money in and pull them out of the dispenser when you are in the luggage collection area. Sometimes in the parking lot we find them when going INTO the airport. I thought the original poster was asking about "arriving" at LAX. When you return the carts, you get 50 cents back, so there are usually people there to make money just doing that all day.

I was there last night and my dd had one in her hand already, but I saw sooo many loose and hanging around, that you could just pick one up easily outside the baggage area. have one of your party search (may have to go outside) while the other waits for the baggage to come out. have a good trip and dont forget the afghan pix. see you soon. deb
