Any Info on the electric cars/carts @ Cozumel Pier?

I have been to Cozumel a number of times and seen the electric cars/carts (they kind of look like the size of a golf cart but cuter) that are for rent at the front of the Pier in Cozumel. Does anyone have any information on them. I haven't been able to find them in my searches.
