Royal car rental, pick up from pier

I've heard good things about Royal car rental in Aruba, but no where on the on-line reservation form does it ask from which location do you want to pick up the car. They have 3 locations. I e-mailed them 3 days ago and I have not heard from them. Has any one used the on-line reservation with Royal? If so, how did you inform them that you would pick the car up from the cruise pier? Since they are not responding to my e-mail, I'm now a bit leary of all the good feedback I've seen on these boards. I need to act quick, I leave next week!

I booked with them for 11/24 online for pickup at the pier and had no problem, received an email right away. ??

Where on the reservation form did you request to pick your car up at the pier? Was it in the comment section? I'm just nervous to make that committment without knowing my rental will be at the cruise ship pier.

I reserved a jeep with them also for my upcoming cruise. When you fill out the reservation form it gives you choices of where you would lke to pick up your car and one of the choices was cruise pier.

I just looked at the reservation form again. Where is asks for resort/hotel put cruise pier. Hope that helps!
