Lulie Posted November 13, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2006 How much do the soda cards cost? I have read $22, 38 and 44!!! Anybody know which one is right??? Also, how much do individual Diet Cokes cost? If I only have 1 or 2 a day I don't know if the card is worth it! How much do the cards cost for children (4 and 7 years)? What drinks are "free" and what drinks can you get with the soda card? Thanks- this is such a great website!
Lv2Camp&Cruise Posted November 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 13, 2006 The cost of the soda card depends on the number of days you are on board. The more days, the more it costs. I am just going from memory so the numbers may be a little off, but I am thinking it is $5.00 per day for the kids drink cards and around $6.50 a day for adults. The soft drinks usually run about $1.95 a can. Then you add a 15% tip to that. There are many threads that cover what is included and what is not, but mainly the things included are the sodas and some juices. I am sure that more will chime in and give you all the information that you need.
Got docs? Posted November 13, 2006 #3 Share Posted November 13, 2006 On the Ecstacy, the drink cards were 3.50 per day for children and 5.50 per day for adults. A single can of soda is 1.75 plus 15% tip. Was not worth it for us. We just packed a 12 pack of our favorite soda in our luggage and they never said a word. All soda on the ship is in cans, no soda fountains for refills. All soda is bought from the bar. The cans in your room will be charged for if consumed.
