Could I get some info. on th CB's Balcony Dinner as displayed on a website link? Extra cost?

I brought a small table cloth- small glass vase and some tropical silk flowers. I also was able to buy 4 battery operated candles at Kmart- I too will be the delivery person for our dinner.
