Need help with Priceline for NYC

I have attempted to bid at 2 seperate occasions.I want Midtown West.I have bid from $100-$145 the last ones rejected also.

 

Now I guess I have to wait 72hrs.Any suggestions?

As well, why restrict yourself to only the MTW zone?

 

Just about any midtown location is great for a pre-cruise stay (or a trip to manhattan) as cabs are readily available and fairly inexpensive.

We want to check in Sept 26 check out the 28th.I did not just try Midtown west.I also did midtown east, and central park east.According to the maps those are the areas I want to be.

 

On another thread someone just won a 4 star bid for $155 a night for the same time, I guess I will attempt that price next time.

Again any suggestions?

You have time. I wouldn't start bidding that high. I see 4* MTW going between 110-150 a lot.

I would keep bidding 115 and up it by 5 bucks every 72 hours. You have 2 months +.

It can take some time and luck. That's just my opinion. If you get nervous you might end up over paying for no good reason. Good luck.
