Galadraal Posted January 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Has anyone gone on a Sylvia Browne cruise? I'd love any details you'd like to share. I'm going on the Alaska one and I was wondering who else might be going. (I've already responded on a rollcall for that cruise).
NoNoNanette Posted January 20, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I'll be watching this thread with great interest. Although I have no desire to cruise to Alaska, I'd love to meet Sylvia. :)
hammybee Posted January 20, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 20, 2007 They have a hold on 6/17 Noordam cabins/cats., showing sold out elsewhere.

Galadraal Posted January 20, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Hi Nanette. Here's the link for the Med cruise: http://www.ronoyer.com/SylviaBrowne/Mediterranean_2007/ I'd love to do that one but it's during our anniversary and we're helping friends with their Chili Cookoff :D I'm really hoping I'll be able to ask her a question. I've been to a couple of her lectures and the place is packed! The TA said there's about 500 pax on the cruise.
Galadraal Posted January 20, 2007 Author #6 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Boxer, Sylvia Browne is a psychic. She's on Montel Williams' Show every Wednesday.
cusyl Posted January 20, 2007 #7 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Although she may have some powers when actually getting into case, I really find it hard to believe her when she pulls stuff off the top of her head when people ask her questions. Willia Posted January 20, 2007 #8 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Thought advertising wasn't allowed on this board.......... It's just a question - it matters not at all to me who posts whatever.....
Galadraal Posted January 20, 2007 Author #9 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Sorry Willia, didn't mean to advertise, just be helpful. I'm not affiliated with ANY travel agent or agency; just a Sylvia Browne fan. If I knew how, I'd remove the link or post. If it's against the rules, I imagine it'll get removed for me. twinkletoes4445 Posted January 20, 2007 #10 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I'd love to meet Sylvia. I think she's very interesting to listen to. I don't this is in violation of the rules. There are threads that talk about the different music groups (who perform on specifc cruises), and other types of "themed" cruises.
boxer2 Posted January 20, 2007 #11 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Maybe Sylvia can tell us who the "ghost" is on the Noordam that Brian and Scotty encountered on their recent cruise?
Galadraal Posted January 20, 2007 Author #12 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Boxer, I was thinking that too when I read that post ;) It was on the sixth page and I was tired from reading the boards all day. Sylvia would tell it, "your dead, go home" LOL Joanne

Chivalrygirl Posted January 20, 2007 #17 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Me thinks she knows exactly where in the world she would like to holiday in and how to get a very free cruise, she lets other folk pay for her

Rare LAFFNVEGAS Posted January 20, 2007 #19 Share Posted January 20, 2007 All I can say is that we will be on this cruised, we booked it only because we wanted to go later in the year (Not May like 2 times prior) and that we wanted to go the week of the Solstice. I personally think all these groups heard that Laffnvegas was going to be on board and had to join us:D This should be verrry interrresting;)
twinkletoes4445 Posted January 21, 2007 #20 Share Posted January 21, 2007 I have not seen posts that mention specific group cruises get cut. I haven't either. I remember following a thread that was discussing a jazz trio (I believe) that was to be performing on a specific cruise. We love jazz, and I would have loved to have been on that cruise. bepsf Posted January 22, 2007 #22 Share Posted January 22, 2007 Sylvia would tell it, "your dead, go home" LOL We tried that - Didnt' work. (But then again, we were out at sea - no tenders off the ship to wherever he came from...) ;)
kryos Posted January 22, 2007 #23 Share Posted January 22, 2007 Does Sylvia speak to dead people? She's not technically a medium, so I guess she doesn't "speak" with dead people ... not like John Edward does. Apparently all mediums are psysic, but not all psysics are mediums ... and Sylvia is a psysic. Personally, I'm not that impressed with her. I've attended a couple of her lectures and read some of her books, and frankly I think she's a load of crap. Now John Edward ... he's a different story. I've seen him hone in on things there is no way he could have known ... clearly he does have a gift ... though where it comes from and what its purpose is, I don't know. But with Sylvia Browne, I think it's all about the money ... and I wouldn't spend a nickle to go on one of her cruises. Blue skies ... --rita
