However, I did get a response to my follow-up email a few days ago, as follows: "We have had some minor troubles with our emailing system, and we now estimate that the tickets will be emailed in late January, early February. As long as you have your reservation number, your reservation will be saved, and you we be able to get your tickets, via email, mail, or at the park."
