Noordam 2/28 - 10 Day When are the Formal Nights

We're on the Noordam on 2/28. When are the formal nights ?? We're trying coordinate with a few other couples to have dinner in the Pinnacle Grill. On a 10 day cruise what's the evening dress schedule ??

and on a related note, has anyone recently back from an 11 day Noordam cruise posted the dining room menus. I have seen a 10 day sample manu from last fall, just dont know what an 11 day might look like in March?

On our 10 Day Noordam cruise, Formal nights were 3rd night, 6th night (informal/formal optional), and 9th night.
