Maxiecat3 Posted March 8, 2007 #1 Share Posted March 8, 2007 There have been a couple of threads recently asking how late you can stay on board the last day. I realize you should be getting off as soon as possible. My question is this. I am on the inaugural Liberty OTS cruise and since I do not believe there are any passengers getting of the ship on May 19th, and I do not think the Freedom had any passengers the morning of their first cruise, were you able to board at a slightly earlier time than normal?? I was one of those inaugural cruisers on Freedom. We had a great time and arrived at the pier in a stretch while Hummer about 10am..the 14 of us were escorted into the priority lounge, checked it and had about 45 - 50 minute wiat. I do recall being in the Windjammer with friends sitting at our table at about 1120am having some lunch. We were among the first 50 cruisers to board
RoyalCaribbeanLover Posted March 8, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 8, 2007 Gregg, My husband and I were on the first cruise and we were able to get on ship early and all of the rooms were open and ready to go. I am not sure what time it was but it was nice not having everyone standing around waiting on the rooms to open. Have a great time and be prepared to do alot of walking, it is a very big ship. You were lucky cause they did not let us go to our cabins before 1pm.. we tried very hard :) and know that many of our travel mates could not either... but some like you were lucky and did get to their cabins before that 1pm time
