Musician On Princess

We were on the Golden a few years ago and there was a singer - Piano player from Italy who was a great performer. I believe his name was Marisimo or something close to that. Does anyone know if he is still performing on Princess and which ship he is currently on.

It wasn't "Alfredo", was it? He played the piano/keyboards on our recent Golden voyage. Most of the time, he performed with his band in the Wheelhouse Lounge. In addition, he gave free dance lessons, especially to "single" women! ;)

It was Maurisio, we bought one of his CDs. It is my understanding that he is no longer on a cruise ship as he was getting married. He was fabulous, hope that he has been able to further his career. When we were on the Golden we listened to him every performance.

Maurizio is indeed still playing. He was on the July 3rd Star Princess cruise in the Med to the delight of standing room only passengers. He never had fewer than two cognacs on the piano in front of him. An Italian treasure.

Fifteen years ago or so we took the Crown and were royally entertained each night by a wonderfully personable singer and pano player by the name of Sammy Goldstein. He kept a guest book and several years later had serious heaart surgery from which he recovered and went on to record two records both of which I ordered. Doessanyone remember him or know if he is still cruising or where he is and what he is doing? Thanks
