Which Helicopter on TP cruise--Hawaii/Tahiti?

If we are only going to do one helicopter (they are so expensive!), which island should we choose? THanks so much!

I think you will have better luck in Hawaii. I tried to book a heli flight in Tahiti this year without any luck. TP didn't offer any heli excursions in Tahiti. In Tahiti, there is a company that offers flights, but you have to have a minimum of four people to book. I saw a company at the dock in Bora Bora, but again, you had to have a group of four and the day we were there, they weren't flying. It seems that most of the helicopters are used for transferring people from island to island rather than sightseeing. It would have been nice to see the coral reefs from above. As I recall, the prices were outrageously high.
