Don't let the DH and DD near your chips. I was winning quite nicely at the craps table, they were not doing so well at the card tables. The guy next to me started laughing at me when the chips were being taken by the family......he said I needed to work faster......

popsec---I agree! join the ocean players club. I am a Platinum member with ccl and everytime I e-mail them I am coming aboard, I receive lots of goodies in the stateroom like wine, fruit baskets, gifts. Actually, got these before becoming platinum, just let them know you're coming! Also, am a video poker freak! Used to think that you couldn't win(on a ship) like as in a major gambling city, but have decided not true. To date, have financed my last few cruises with the previous winnings at the video poker machines of different ships(different lines). It's all in the odds of the different games, but if you can play a poker hand, you can win at video poker! Play max, but try not to spend it all the first night! First, and last sea nights are lucky for me! Good Luck to All!

Also, if you email Ocean Players Club.... and you've built up enough points on your card, you will sometimes receive a casino credit. They've informed me that I'll have a $100 credit waiting for me in the casino on my Sept cruise. This is different than emailing the casino host and receiving gifts in your stateroom.

popsec--it's actually only eighteen, with an overnight in FLL. This eight day worked out well on ccl for us to catch the Emerald on the 16th, which was booked first. We like doing the B2B's. It's a better value for us flightwise and an alround good excuse for what looks like early retirement. Or the B/Boomers outlook of it! Anyway, Emerald leaves FLL,2/days sea,Aruba,Bonaire,Grenada,Dominica,St. Thomas,Sea,Princess Cay,FLL. We've done all these but like them a lot as well. We snorkel everywhere, so that's our agenda--to get wet!
