For any of you following the Nenana Ice Classic,the ice broke from under the tripod on the Tanana River. It happened at 2:16 pm ADT Saturday. I believe they said there were six winners, splitting around $301,000. After taxes each winner will take home $36,000 each. The ice went out 5 days earlier than last year.
