CruisnMom007 Posted August 17, 2004 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2004 Kathy your the Pride expert around here. lol I loved your reviews. I have a question re: cabin 6232. I have the pic of what you posted a while back. My question is, will they bring us a lounge chair for the balcony if we ask? Everyone says you only get 2 chairs and a side table. But this balcony is so big. Thanks Tammye :D
kajsb Posted August 17, 2004 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2004 Hi Tammye, I think you can either ask the steward to bring you a lounge chair or go pick one up by the pool and bring it down yourself. I'm sure this balcony is plenty big enough. When I sailed the Ecstasy in June, we only had a 30 sq ft balcony. I asked the steward if I could get a lounge chair and he said he had to check with his supervisor first. A few moments later, my lounge was delivered. Of course, I gave the steward a tip right then and there for his service. Good luck. Please take pics of this room as I would love to see it. We almost booked this room but ended up with the aft wraparound. :)

From what I have been told you can fit 2 lounges on that Balcony if not more. You will have to let me Know how you enjoy that cabin. I am so anxious about going. digitcallous Posted August 17, 2004 #6 Share Posted August 17, 2004 We stayed in cabin 6232 on our cruise back on 6/27. The balcony is more than twice as wide as the cabin. On our cruise there were 2 lounge chairs and 2 single chairs on the balcony when we checked in. I actually have some photos of the balcony. I can dig them up and post some if you want to see them. digitcallous Posted August 18, 2004 #11 Share Posted August 18, 2004 I did not get a chance to check the postings here yesterday after I posted about the balcony in cabin 6232, so did not see the requests for pictures. When I get home tonight (after the kids' soccer practice) I'll find the pictures I have and post them. DC
