nclcruiser76 Posted July 5, 2007 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Good morning, Does anyone happen to have an emergency contact number that I can leave with my family in case they need to reach me while I'm on the Pearl in a few weeks? Thanks in advance :)
cinnam0n Posted July 5, 2007 #2 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Look on the Website - at the bottom of the first page, there is a link for "Booked guests getting ready to cruise." When you click on that, there is a link for Frequently Asked Questions, and the information is there. The number is also in the Welcome Aboard booklet, which is included in your docs. tkce620 Posted July 10, 2007 #3 Share Posted July 10, 2007 Good luck with that. The 800# is only for the hours of 8 - 5. Not much of an emergency number, huh. I should know, we tried to use it after one of our group broke their leg getting off the shuttle bus in front of the hotel the day before the cruise. The concierge at the hotel also called the cell phone of the NCL rep that was supposed to be working that day. The local rep never did call him back either. JACruiser Posted July 10, 2007 #4 Share Posted July 10, 2007 There is a number, just make sure you state ahead of time it is soley for emergencies (because it will require them to enter a credit card number and will cost THEM something like $12 a minute). The number is 1-888-627-4477 and they will then select the ship from there and enter the information. This number will connect them directly to the ship at sea via satellite and they will be able to speak directly to you.
