Sapphire: Fitness Center Hours

Does anyone recall the fitness center hours on the Sapphire? Also, on a full ship, is there likely to be a line or a sign up sheet to use treadmills or ellipticals? And finally, which deck is the running/walking deck? Thanks very much.
