Customs in Nassau?

No, there are no Customs formalities whatsoever at Nassau. You pass through the Cruise Terminal and then head outside to wherever you want to go. When you want to return to the ship you have to pass through the terminal again and then you do have to show your Cruise Card plus photo ID. (If your ship is in port late at night and you're returning to the ship, the terminal building is closed and you pass through a side gate instead.

If you're trying to get your passport stamped you'd have to go to the Bahamas Customs office which is in a building directly east of the cruise terminal.
