Just an FYI on POA refunds and credit vouchers!

I posed this question earlier, about who has actually received POA refunds and credits in hand. Apparently, so far, 3 of my shipmate flamingo friends have received checks for 50% of the service charge and credit vouchers, as of yesterday. I still have not received anything but hopefully soon. BTW, we were on the 6/20/2004 repo to Hawaii cruise. Flamingo Marilyn

I received a check and credit vouchers yesterday. Was on the 7-18 cruise.

We received our 50% refund of the service fee and 20% credit toward a future cruise for one of our cabins, yesterday September 15th. Hope this helps those of you waiting for the refund. Glad to see that service is improving on the ship. I would really have to be talked into taking another cruise with NCL and using the credit. We really did not care for the chaos of free-style dining. Judy

Out of curiousity was it a credit for 20% of what you paid for your cruise or was it a credit for a 20% discount. TIA. :)

Got my letter from NCL today....received a check for %50 of the resort fee we paid and a credit for %10 per person of our cruise fare. The credit is to be deducted directly from our next cruise.

NCL told me that the 20% is based on what you actually paid for your POA cruise.

Well I got 10% per person so perhaps if you are a party of three you will get 30% total!! :D

Got mine today. It's 10% of the actual price we paid and 50% refund on the service charge that we paid. We were on the 7/18 cruise. The 10% refund is good on any NCL or NCLA cruise, travel must be completed by 12/31/2005.

I finally got my refund yesterday...50% service charge refund and 20% of the cost of our 12 day cruise as a credit toward a future cruise...now all I need is enough money to make a deposit on my next cruise!! :) Marilyn
