cmom Posted March 6, 2008 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2008 wow those look nice. I assume they will still replace everyday if needed correct. I just wonder if it is a one time gift for them looking so nice, Is there enough shampoo for 3 people or should I still bring along some. I know the little bottles at the resorts ( value) are not real big. Its hard to tell how big these are.
brady_bunch_04 Posted March 6, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted March 6, 2008 Wow! Thanks for the picture. They look like they are bigger than travel size. I plan to bring my own hair dryer as I have long, thick hair. I hope they replenish the conditioner if you run out....I tend to go through a lot of that:). poncho1973 Posted March 6, 2008 #7 Share Posted March 6, 2008 They are pretty large. My wife only uses "her" shampoo... so it was just me (very short hair) using it, but I used the one thing for a couple of weeks after the cruise. Our 3-night didn't hardly put a dent in it and I took at least 2 showers a day. In a normal hotel with normal hotel shampoo... that many showers would have EASILY emptied the bottle. NOW... let's assume you aren't me and you have hair longer than 2" and you use more than a nickel-sized blob... I think 3 of you should have plenty for at least a day. The best part of a cruise is that you can say "Aw crap... we're almost out of shampoo" and either poke your head out into the hallway (the host is out there several hours a day) or call down and have one sent up. You can really get whatever you need without any problems.
S.S.Oceanlover Posted March 6, 2008 #8 Share Posted March 6, 2008 I think ours lasted about 5 days for the 2 of us. That's with taking 2 showers a day. hey will replace them, no problem. Bill

kat89447 Posted March 9, 2008 #10 Share Posted March 9, 2008 yes they will replace as often as necessary. I loved the lotion on the Wonder and went all over the ship trying to buy some to take home. Not possible, but my steward was so awesome gave me about 20 of them. He earned a huge tip. Still trying to find that lotion. lol
dmi188 Posted March 9, 2008 #11 Share Posted March 9, 2008 Personally, I hated the shampoo, the conditioner was fine, but LOVED the Body Butter! Unfortunately, our stateroom host never replaced the empty one. I was so hoping he would! (He was not the best, all the way around. Hoping for better this time.) callina Posted March 10, 2008 #12 Share Posted March 10, 2008 Okay, hate to sound stupid here...but what is body butter? Is that lotion? Do they provide a shower gel? I hate using soap and I love the shower gel that Disney has at the resorts.

As for shower gel, I believe it is only supplied in the suites.

sweet tooth Posted March 29, 2008 #15 Share Posted March 29, 2008 I love the H20 products, just one more thing to look forward to in May! H20 also has a lip revitalizer that is the best I've tried. I live in the high desert and it makes a big difference.

Our steward put replacements in our room during the last evening's turndown even though the existing ones still had a small bit left. The tubes are slightly under the TSA maximum carry-on size;) If you really like the products, they're sold in larger bottles in the gift shop. Paigerpoo Posted March 31, 2008 #17 Share Posted March 31, 2008 I'll admit it...im a shampoo/conditioner monger at hotels! While on the Wonder in 2001 I couldnt get ENOUGH of the shampoo, conditioner and soaps MAINLY due to Mickeys Face on the bottles, hey...GREAT souveniers!!! Our steward was a dream! All I did was mention to her how cute they were and she noticed everyday that the bottles were NOT on the counters, (I stashed em in my bag as fast as she put the new ones on the counter!), so after 3 days my supply was near maximum! Wouldnt you know it, she left like 5 MORE bottles of each on the counter the morning we departed!!! Gawrsh, I LOVE DISNEY!!!!
