Long Beach ~ suite check-in question

If you do the QM early check-in, you can still board before the other suite holders who did not do the early check-in. They will have a line for Skipper's Club with early check in and a separate line for Skipper's Club without early check-in. See the Carnival rep the day you are there for which line is which. If you are lucky, Margarita will be the rep. She is very helpful!

We didn't know any better, so we arrived early, stood in line to do the early QM check-in and then stood in line for the skipper's club (which, when we were there, was the line closest to the ship, on the end). As soon as they opened the doors to the terminal, we were ushered in and those who didn't do the QM check in, went into a room to the right to check in and those who already did QM, went on in and embarked on the ship. So, I guess I would say that we were glad the QM check in payed off, but I think it would have been faster (if we had known) to wait and check in when they let the skipper's club enter the ternimal and not show up so early.

Hope this helps.

 huh? closest to the ship? I know when we went on the Pride, we had a cat 8 cabin and had to wait in a line to board under some canopies leading to the terminal. Where are the Skipper's lines compared to that?
