Rates - Fall/Summer/Spring

We only have vacation during spring break, fall break in october and in the summer. he is a teacher. anyways, we have always traveled during the summer. do the rates in april, early, or even october compare to summer rates?

rates in October are probably one of the cheapest, but both April (Provided it is not around Spring Break) and October are significantly cheaper than summer rates for cruises.
