I ordered it over four weeks ago for our upcoming Gem cruise this Saturday. Sandra said that my credit card would be charged about a week prior to sailing. Well, so far it has not been charged, and Saturday is fast approaching. I e-mailed her on Sunday, but only received an automated reply. I just called her extension, but got her voice mail. Is it possible that my order fell through the cracks? Is it too late to re-order? I seem to recall reading that the order had to be at least a week prior to sailing? Kingmaker_inc Posted March 18, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 18, 2008 It has very likely not fallen through the cracks. My bar set-up fee was charged March 6th for the March 8th sailing. Do not despair. Your bar set-up will be there. As a "just in case" I would copy your e-mail confirming the set-up. That way you can show the powers that be on the ship if it isn't right there when you board.
