Has anyone had their nuptuals performed by a Catholic priest while on-shore in Grand Caymen? If so, how much of a hassle was it to sort out?

I can't help you but I think I know a board that can ..."Grand Cayman Activity Guide".......its a website run by local people on Grand Cayman ....if you go to the forum pages, you can post a question there, and no doubt someone will get back to you !! - a very useful site if you have any obscure questions regarding the island, as they have the local knowledge there !:)
