need idea for Excursions

You must do a helicopter or floatplane excursion. They are very expensive but so worth the $$$! The 2nd best is the wildlife/whale sightseeing boat tours. You are going to have a cruise of a lifetime! Enjoy!:D

You need to check the age minimums carefully because your 2 old may not be allowed on some.

At 2 years old, he/she won't have a clue! Just try and keep it simple--less upset to the normal schedule will make for a happier 2 year old!

Sorry, I forgot that your 2 year old is too young for adventure ocean.:o You might want to think about waiting a few years until your child can enjoy all that he/she sees. There were pre-schoolers on our ship and they were so amazed by all the wildlife and scenery.

I would suggest the wildlife/whale watching tour. You can get lots more info over on the Alaska boards. I'm sure there would be other parents there that could answer your questions.
