first time on a cruise

Recommended Posts

My suggestion is to bring a highliter with you and highlight what you would like to do every day in the compass. That way it stands out when you are looking at it. Don't try and do everything or you will run yourselves ratted and just enjoy.

HAPPY CRUISING!

Most folks head for the buffet immediately after boarding. My suggestion is this: head for the Royal Promenade on Deck 5. If you enjoy a drink now and then, head to the Pub, stake out a table, then go to the Promenade Cafe and pick up a variety of croissant sandwiches, perhaps some pizza, a pastry or two and finally some of the delicious cookies. Take your repast back to your table at the pub (get one out on the promenade, not inside the pub) and enjoy a leisurely lunch while you watch your fellow cruisers arrive. If you go to the buffet, it's usually crowded with too much hustle and bustle. Once fortified and completely relaxed, it's time to drop off your carry-ons in your stateroom and explore the ship. Bon Voyage!
