Pumbaamd Posted November 8, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 8, 2004 Friends of ours just got back from the Radiance 14 day Panama cruise. They had late dinner and often had difficulty finding seats for the after dinner show. They suggested to us to try the early dinner when we go on the Brilliance in January to be able to get show seats easier. We've all ready booked late dinner. We like extra time after shore trips and, if on board, sometimes need a break after happy hour before dinner. We have never had a problem with late dinner on CCL, Disney or NCL. debandbill Posted November 8, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 8, 2004 We have always had late seating and have never had a problem getting seating at the appropriate show...most times were able to get our favorite seats. Your friends' problem may have stemmed from a particular waiter team...maybe they always ran late or something. We would never rush thru dinner....usually made a trip to the restroom before the shows and still had plenty of time. The theater is at the opposite end of the ship from the dining room so there is time needed to walk the distance but, we just did not have problems getting seats and all sailings were full. Pumbaamd Posted November 8, 2004 Author #3 Share Posted November 8, 2004 Thanks, that's what we experienced on other cruises. Maybe our friends were just slow eaters.
jules71 Posted November 8, 2004 #4 Share Posted November 8, 2004 If you have late dinner seating, aren't most (not all) of the shows before dinner?
