Royal Caribbean does. We just picked up a week on the Mariner in February for $379pp.

Carnival does, it was offered to DH.

Carnival will give you up to 50% off with an active military id card.

Carnival offers discounts to retired military and other veterans who have served two years as well with proof from discharge papers, and sometimes you can book up to two more cabins for friends and family traveling with you.

Carnival offers very good military discounts and so does NCL and RCI. I do want to throw this in, discounts do not apply to all sailings, like any discounts it depends on how full the sailing is expected to go out.

I think it was active or retired US or Canadian military. I don't believe it applied to veterans.

DH is a Navy vet, and my FIL is an Army vet - we have booked both of our CCL and one RCCL under military pricing.

Yes, all you need is your DD214 establishing veteran status.
