cruisin'234 Posted February 11, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 11, 2009 I am booking the oceanview room on the Deck 3 on the Southern Caribbean cruise on Serenade of the Seas and was wondering if it's better to be in front or in the back of the ship? Thanks
cb at sea Posted February 11, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 11, 2009 The middle is best, but if that's not avail., take the back (aft) section. A bit less motion than up front.

nomoreknothead Posted February 11, 2009 #4 Share Posted February 11, 2009 In the front you'll have more motion, you may hear the anchor drop, and you could have noise form the shows. In the back you'll hear the engine & possible feel the vibration, but you'll have less motion. Both will require a longer walk to the other end, because no matter what end your on, where your going is on the other end!!!!!!!!! :D
I'm on holiday Posted February 11, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 11, 2009 Aft over front gets my vote.
Rala Posted February 11, 2009 #6 Share Posted February 11, 2009 If you have to choose, go aft. I always feel the most motion forward.
