Disappearing Reservation, with a twist

I've read about reservations disappearing from the My Cruises page. I myself haven't seen my cruise history in at least six months. But this evening, one of my reservations disappeared (we have five people going, so we have two numbers). I tried using the "Don't see your reservation" selection, and I got this message:


The retrieval of this reservation is not allowed at this time due to different Trip insurance. Please call our customer service desk.


Huh? We have trip insurance from TravelGuard, for both reservations, so I'm not sure what this is about. :confused: Guess I'll be calling Customer Service in the morning. Anyone else seen that message?
