Is deck 10 a good choice? There is a poem out there on cruisecritic: The higher you go==the more you pay. the more your pay the more you sway. Did you pay extra to be this high? most all inside rooms look identical Not sure if you are asking about Carnival Freedom or Freedom of the Seas.
