excursion suggestions for Labadee and St. Martin with preteens and teens

We are a family of first time cruisers looking for some fun excursions in Labadee and St. Martin. Sailing on Liberty of the Seas on 4/11/09.

Kids 11-16, Adults 38-65.

We are up for anything!:confused:

COKIE beach was nice,. Inexpensive, lots to do, or nothing to do if you wanted to. We snorkeled, swam and suntanned all day.

Labadee is a beach day--no need to spend alot of extra money there, unless you want to!

Check the excursions/tours offered by the ship. You should be able to do this on line. You can usually get the same things but not through the ship. You can ask here for any specific tour.
