We found pictures and other pieces that verified wifes two trips in the 80s that would bring her to 10,the question is do we call back to the person we booked our June cruise or a different number to resolve this.

My mom had a problem in the past with a cruise credit. I called my PVP at carnival and she took care of it for me. it really helps if you book with the same person each year.

Yes, my PVP did the same for me. I faxed the earlier cruise photos to her, showing dates, etc., and a coupla days later, she called to say I was VIP.:)
