Sun is going to Florida - which ship will be in SA?

I had been looking foward to booking the Sun for a Buenos Aires to Santiago, around the Cape, tour in the Fall of 2010. Now I see that the ship is going to be docked out of Port Canaveral.

 

Does anyone know which ship is going to be covering SA around the Cape itinerary in 2010?

NCL is pulling out entirely from South America, as is Royal Caribbean. Airfare too high was the reason given in earlier posts.

 

If you want to go, go soon. The last sailing I saw last night was April 2010.

Additionally, NCL was offering 1/2 price for second passenger and up to $250.00 on board credit. Book it now if it is still available.

Don't ever assume a cruise line or ship is doing this itinerary this year that it will be doing the same itinerary next year.

you are right, it is the air that is stopping so many, no wonder the cruises are so cheap..We had hoped to do it as well, even with good prices I can get, the air kept us from going.

The airfare is definitely expensive. What's keeping us from going, though, is being able to take the time off. The cruises that go to South America are all 14 days or longer. *sigh*

We thought we had pleanty of time to do the SA trip but, when we heard about NCL pulling out, we quick booked the Jan.3, 2010.trip. Now We just have to build up those reward points on Capital One for the airfare:eek:.
