LuvTheGoodLife Posted March 6, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2009 I think this is the last mini-suite balcony as you head aft on Diamond. I believe it is extra wide (9' deep x 18 ' wide). As a balcony on Dolphin deck, it has no overhead ceiling cover on the balcony. I believe this is one of the cabins originally designed for handicapped access so the cabin interior is larger BUT the beds do not convert to a double/queen bed configuration. I did a quick search and found this description: "There is no tub, the shower is flush with the floor...I believe that means that the floor drains are in the bathroom proper....your bathroom floor could be wet all the time. The beds absolutely do NOT convert to a queen.. And....there is NO sitting area in the mini suites...no couch, no chairs, no coffee table. No good. " If that is the case, I would say this cabin has its good points and bad and you should decide what aspects of the cabin are good for your needs. Maybe someone else who has seen D736 on Diamond or Sapphire Princess can help more.
