Safes on Monarch

Recommended Posts

I have read on this site that the Monarch does not have safes in the inside rooms. What do you do prevent money/valuables from being stolen while out of your room? How safe is it to leave cash in the room? I thought that I read that they have safes at the desk to borrow. Does this mean you bring them to your room, or leave items at the desk?

There are safes in cabins deck 9 and 10...........what I do with a cabin without one,is lock stuff in my suitcase, stashed under the bed............never had a problem........dont think the steward would risk his job,by pulling the suitcase out and breaking the lock(after all, they keep the doors open while in your cabin)

OR you can rent a safety deposit box at Guest Relations.........but everytime you want something, you have to go.wait in line so they can bring it to you........they are kept in a room behind the desk.
