HoopTroop Posted March 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 8, 2009 I am looking at doing the Sky back to back and wondered how it works with the change over from the first cruise until the second. If we book the same room, can we just leave our luggage etc. in the room and then we just have to go through customs and recheck in? Also, do you get one credit for each cruise for Latitudes? I know you do not get the perks for your cruise. If you can let me know how it works, that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, HoopTroop
HoopTroop Posted March 8, 2009 Author #2 Share Posted March 8, 2009 I am afraid no one will see it as it moved to the second page. Might anyone know? Thank you. HoopTroop

We kept the same room and yes you just leave everything as is. If their are a lot of people doing b2b you may be requested to meet at certain time and place and be escorted off and on ship. It may be a 20 min process.

halos Posted March 9, 2009 #6 Share Posted March 9, 2009 I wish we could have done it. 3 days wasn't enough, we had such a great cruise on the Sky :)
ODECCIT Posted March 9, 2009 #7 Share Posted March 9, 2009 I wish we could have done it. 3 days wasn't enough, we had such a great cruise on the Sky :) Why would you visit Nassau and GSC twice within a week? Just book 7 days cruise.

LOL...that's a very valid point, but I don't cruise for the ports (especially The Bahamas ) I cruise because I love to cruise. :)
Log42 Posted March 9, 2009 #9 Share Posted March 9, 2009 LOL...that's a very valid point, but I don't cruise for the ports (especially The Bahamas ) I cruise because I love to cruise. :) Aside from the 2 repeated ports, Sky is the lowest-quality ship in the fleet. You'd be far better off cruising aboard Pearl for the 7-day Western itinerary. You'll enjoy a much nicer ship, more amenities, and better crew. Not to mention better ports, more sea days, etc.
