I wonder if the same group that thought about this change is the same group that decided to get rid of the Fruit Punch. Many people seem upset. It doesn't matter to me but when you start changing little things that your customers have become accustomed to you run the risk of driving them to your competitors.

Thanks Mach, I don't like the new cards either. I like the colored ones. And I am one that does wear mine around my neck. Not to show that I'm platinum but so I won't have to search for it. I did it with my gold card and would probably have worn my blue card had I known I could get a lanyard from the casino. Most people don't have a clue as to what the different colors mean. So it's not bragging for me, just convenience. Thanks again Mach.

I like the funnel and waves, but do agree a colored background would be better.

I dont mind the new new look to much, but I prefer it with the colored background that someone added!

 

I think everyone likes to be recognized, even if it is something as small as having a gold card because your are a return guest! Dont take that away from those who love it, lol!
