Ports and Ships question

Can anyone tell me how to find out which ships will be in specific ports on specific days? I thought I saw this information somewhere on CC before, but can't remember where.

 

My wife and I are doing the Southern Caribbean cruise and I would like to know which ships will be in port the day we are there...
