TITISSA Posted March 11, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2009 I sent them a e-mail asking about a day pass at the Sheraton Our Lucaya and the answer is no. Have others been able to use the hotel pool? Dear Leticia I refer to your inquiry, please be advised there is a charge of $10.00 for the lounge chair and towel. The Resort does not have a one day pass. There are showers on the deck should you need to shower. Thank you for your inquiry, and we look forward to having you on our property for the day. Should you require further assistance please feel free to contact me. amio111 Posted March 12, 2009 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2009 this sounds like you are allowed on their property. She says we look forward to seeing you on our property for the day. Very confusing. Were they just meaning no food or drink but you can use the facilities??
bobsfamily Posted March 12, 2009 #4 Share Posted March 12, 2009 So true about the answer being different... one thing about the resort, just because a day pass is offered does not mean that everyone (or anyone on any given day) knows this. Some people will know about it and others either don't know or don't want to "deal" with... or just don't care. As for using the pools... the swim-up bar generally does not turn anyone away if buying a drink... BUT they are not cheap!
