Hello, all... sounds like you are doing fantastically well!

Congrats to all you big losers!

Although I started exercising this week (finally got that new treadmill put together over the weekend), DH and I had restaurant meals the last 3 nights... and have gone WAY over points. On the bright side, we did a good job eating only until satisfied, rather than until stuffed, so that is a big improvement over where we were a few months ago.

DH checked in this morning and is down another pound, so he's lost over 19 pounds so far. :)

My WW weigh-in was today, and I have done well, too... another 2 lbs. gone! :p Hopefully my past 3 nights won't catch up with me next week... really need to pound that treadmill... :o

Now I'm really curious, how many points does everyone else get?

Lisa

weight (230ish) - 23

height (5'6") - 1

age (37) - 3

sex (female) - 2

daily/job activity (mostly sitting) - 0

Wow, things have been busy here! Miss some time and everyone comes aboard!

I had an awesome week! Down 3.4 pounds for a total of.....101.4! Finally hit that 100 pound mark! :D:D:D

For anyone interested, I get 31 points a day, but it is because of my CW. 266 pounds is 26 points, more than most of you get all day!

And to share a quick story! My DH is doing WW too, but not going to the meetings (he's doing it with me, but weighing in at home, using my support system, Can't afford $85 monthly for the two of us!). Anyway, for the longest time he was loosing more than me, and it was making me crazy. In the last three weeks, I have finally passed him and I am so freakin' happy! He has lost about 98 pounds, but I hit that 100 pound mark first! I'll always have that to hold over him!

Checking in realy quick.....no loss this week for me, I'm holding steady. Haven't had any exercise this week due to some medical issues going on. I visit a specialist to discuss some surgery this afternoon, hopefully I can get back on track soon. Didn't gain either!

I have another party this Sat and my friend on WW will also be there - it is at her house...so I know we'll support each other. I hope you get good news from the Doc. You have a great attitude about sticking with it, that will take you a long way!

Wow, wish I had 29 points! I could eat everything I'm eating now plus 4 glasses of wine. That's my kind of diet ;)

(Just kidding, I know this is a lifestyle, not a diet.)

That must be adorable, is your 4-yr old a boy or girl?

My boys love to join me when I'm working out. They play with the exercise ball I bought and never used. If it wasn't for them playing with it it would be covered with dust!

My exercise routine alternates between 40 minutes walking on the treadmill and then on alternate days I do various strength exercises (weights, crunches, etc.) I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can walk outside.

Hi everyone. My name is Julie and I'm a Weight Watcher. ;)

I'll have to convert my stats before I post them as I'm from Australia so my weight is in Kilo's and measurements in centimetres so it won't make much sense to you all.

I joined WW last year and while I'm going okay I could certainly do better. I'm allowed 21 points per day and tend to exceed that on the weekends .

I am determined to buckle down as my cruise is on August 1. I am flying to London on July 22 and will be staying with family so I want to be slim and healthy by then.

Welcome, Julie!

I get 20 daily points and I definitely go over on the weekends too. I use up all my 35 weekly points on Friday or Saturday. I'm hoping it "shocks" my system so my metabolism doesn't get used to the lower amount that I eat during the week.

Hi Julie, i'm from England and also a W/W. I'm going on my first cruise ever on April 21st. Are you cruising from the UK in August??? We are on Ocean Village which next year is going to Australia for good. Jane

:) Yes. I was born in England and I'm taking my Mum back to see her sister and my cousins. We'll be staying in Hornchurch until the cruise and then over to Norfolk - Belton I think when we come back. I can't hardly wait

Hello everyone! My name is Terrie and I am a Weight Watcher!

A little bit about me. 39, married to a wonderful man. (Who is a WW too!) We liked to go out, a lot, and somehow all those calories finally added up! Got pregnant and gained 60 more pounds on top of that. UGH! I saw a picture of myself on our friends' bar website and thought "who is that fat girl" OMG! It was me!! (The DH was out of control as well.) I said that's it!! YOU are joining WW!! I don't need to go to meetings,...I'll just follow along. Well after the first year, he had amazing results and I did ok. He said that's it ,YOU are joining WW! So I did. We are both lifetime members now. (YAY) But it is still a challenge some days to make the right choices. Believe me, you are not "fixed" once you hit LT! It is nice to see a board on here that doesn't have a bunch of negative nellies on it! Keep up the good work everyone! It motivates me to hear of others progress. Kind of rekindles my love for WW.

Hello EVERYONE!!! Great to have new people on here!! It is Sunday, and I feel so very fat! Ate with friends last night and tried to be good, we ate on small plates had lots of veggies, but had T-bone steak and not a small piece!! This morning we had our Monthly neighbor breakfast..left over steak(tiny piece),fried potato (didn't have any), bacon (had one slice) two fried eggs and two pieces of toast. It is 1:30 and I am still full! I am sure this is not going to be a good week. My weigh in is Wed. and I can only hope to maintain! This is so difficult, I can't imagine loosing 100 pounds! Congratulations to you!! I'm allowed 18 points and I think I need 30 to make me happy and allow my candy!!
