lovesandiego Posted March 28, 2009 #1 Share Posted March 28, 2009 I posted this on the NCL thread, but decided that since the POA is different than the other NCL ships this might be the best place to get an answer. I can't seem to get any information about these cabins. On cruisestaterooms.com plans they talk about all other categories, their size, balcony size etc. and skip over BC. I've booked a BC category on POA for October, and would like to know if this is a good choice. Thanks for any help that you can give me. :) Vicki
CabinForFour Posted March 28, 2009 #2 Share Posted March 28, 2009 Yes, it's a good choice. The BC is just a standard balcony stateroom located on deck 9. Any of the reviews you read for the other B categories apply to the BC as well. The only differences may be the view (higher deck is usually better, so BC may be a tad better than BB/BA) and the motion (some people feel like there's more motion higher in the ship, but I've never really noticed a significant difference). The BC cabins located closest to the front of the ship have extended balconies, which we LOVE! They're shown in the deck plans as having a balcony size larger than the others but not really depicted in any other way as being different. Hope this helps. lovesandiego Posted March 28, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted March 28, 2009 Thanks, that's good to know. I have one in the middle and not the big balcony, but as long as the category is ok, I'm ok with it.

TyrnaD Posted March 28, 2009 #5 Share Posted March 28, 2009 We had cabin 9062 and loved it. I liked being on deck 9, thought it was nice being in the middle so we could go up or down using the stairs whenever we wanted.
