Dream cove balconies - Do the partitions open?

Can anyone answer this question? Mach? My DD & her DH want to open the partition between our balconies (like we did last time on the Miracle). We are hoping to get cove balconies on the Dream, but I wasn't sure if we'd be able to open the partitions between them. This seems to be very important to my dear son-in-law.

On Dream, the standard balcony cabin is 185 sq ft with a 35 sq ft balcony. A cove balcony room is 185 sq ft with a 45 sq ft balcony. Not sure if all of the extra is usable, but the cove balconies are larger than the standard balconies.

The Dream will also have extended balcony cabins with a 60 sq ft balcony.
