momstheword Posted April 13, 2009 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2009 My family and I are going on the Glory on May 23 doing the eastern Caribbean. I was wondering which nights are the formal nights and what the other nights are in the dining rooms.
Lady_Jag Posted April 13, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 13, 2009 Formal nights will be Sunday and Thursday. I'm not sure about the "theme" for the other nights, but I'll let you know when I get back. (We're sailing the Glory on 5/9!)
nybumpkin Posted April 13, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 13, 2009 There's not really a "theme" to the other nights. They're all "cruise casual," which means just about anything other than sports clothes, tank tops, bathing suits and flip flops. The suggested dress is on Carnival's website at http://www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/Dress_Attire.aspx. We generally opt for polo shirt/Dockers for DH, dressy top/split skirt or slacks for me, and polo shirt/slacks for sons.
