Our PVP called today....

and left a message to wish us Bon Voyage on our upcoming 2 cruises. Thought it was a nice touch and a good business practice on her part.

 

She said she would call after we returned to see how everything went on the Cruises.

 

A few weeks ago we sent her a referral - our Niece and Nephew - for our cruise on the Dream next January and she took great care of their booking.

 

She didn't have to call us today; it certainly wasn't expected but we still think it was a nice touch.

It is so lovely in this day and age to hear of exceptional customer service and simple acts of kindness. Enjoy your cruise.
