Cabin Decorations?

My sister and DH will celebrate their 25th anniversary on board Diamond Princess next month. I will have champagne delivered to her cabin. Now I'm thinking what a surprise it would be for them to find their cabin decorated for the occasion! Can anyone tell me if this can be done and how much advanced notice is required by PCL?

Thanks for any info!

Princess doesn't supply 'in cabin' decorations. As said, balloons on the door is about it. There is no way to set them up unless you are on the same sailing and find a way into their stateroom to decorate, or maybe bribe their room steward to do it for you. ;)
