Explorer Questions: Wine/Midnight Snacks/Pools

Recommended Posts

We are booked on the Feb. 27th, 2005- Western Car.

Wine: Can I bring bottles on with me? We took some on to the Infinity to enjoy before dinner in our cabin. Is RCL pretty sticky about bringing alcohol on?

Buffets: Does this ship do the midnight meals? I've been bragging about them to my husband who has never been on a cruise.

Pools: Can we swim at night?

Photos- I would love to see any photos of the ship. Saw some from a link on Community photos.

Can I bring bottles on with me?
Yes, though officially it is not allowed. Haven't heard of anyone getting their bottles removed, though alcohol bought in port will usually be held for you until you leave the ship. Bottles of wine will usually require a "corking fee" to be served at your table.

Does this ship do the midnight meals
There is a midnight buffet, and on some iteneraries there is a midnight party with food. Snacks are available 24hrs a day in the Cafe Promenade, and room service is 24hrs a day as well.

Can we swim at night
Yes, usually one of the main pools is open overnight, as well as a hottub.
