Aplmac Posted July 22, 2015 Author #103 Share Posted July 22, 2015 (edited) I got all of mine except for 1 only because they take the card back :( Knowing that they take the card backwhat you do is...you 'lose' your card. Then you go to Guest Services and get a replacement. It happens all the time folks lose their cards. Most ship cards in my collection from UK lines are acquired that way. . If so, I'd like to see some pictures. thanks Not that this is any help to you butI keep my collection of cruise cards in plastic sleeves, ten to a page - in a 3-ring binder. I take it on board with me to Wow the crew, and it does. If you want to do a wall display maybe you could laminate your choice of cards as a grouping and then frame the laminate? . sail7seas Posted March 4, 2016 #106 Share Posted March 4, 2016 I've sailed on over 90 cruises on a number of different cruise lines and I have every card from those cruises. My late DH sailed all those cruises with me (but for one since his passing I sailed last summer) and I have all of his card. :) I was looking through them just the other day. sail7seas Posted November 10, 2016 #112 Share Posted November 10, 2016 Often the punched hole on the cards shows where a lanyard was attached so the cruiser could wear the card around their neck.

That would be the small circular hole down in the bottom right corner.. . Edited November 17, 2016 by Aplmac

If it could be hung with the cards horizontal it would probably work. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Black-Trading-Card-Display-Case/11034743

alfobeasly Posted August 25, 2017 #116 Share Posted August 25, 2017 We have all but one of the key cards we have used while on board our cruises. The one we would like to get I have a feeling will be near impossible. Our very first cruise on board the Norwegian Cruise Lines, SS Norway. In 2000 they were using a plastic key card with holes in them that you turned into the desk on your way off the ship. By 2003 when we cruised on that ship once again, they were using the electronic strip cards you kept at the end of the cruise. We have that one, but I sure would like to get my hands on one of the first cards we had for our collection. Anyone out there remember those cards? Anyone out there have one? Tatka Posted August 25, 2017 #117 Share Posted August 25, 2017 We always keep them. My husband created album which describes all our cruises. It is basic information. Itinerary, cards, one Daily (or whatever cruise line calls them), tickets and brochures from excursions, some photos. It is nice to read them from time to time and helps us if we need to find information.

widerberg Posted July 2, 2018 #123 Share Posted July 2, 2018 I don't have anything to trade, unfortunately. But, I am looking to buy cruise cards from two ships that I no longer have cards for: Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines (Regal Empress, although I think the card just had the Imperial Majesty logo on it) and Carnival's Inspiration. Please reach out if anyone has extras or are willing to sell: vilmos@tampabay.rr.com Many thanks!
