spoonful Posted July 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2009 I booked my upcoming cruise two weeks ago with a TA. She gave me my reservation number and i went to look it up on the RCCL website. can't find it. when i enter my information i get a messge that says "The reservation number you have entered cannot be found. Please verify the reservation number, last name, date of departure, and ship name and try again". I called her and we walked through and she said she could see it but i would still get the same message. I called RCCL on her advice. The web support folks also were able to see it which made me feel better because i know i actually have the reservation. The RCCL web support guy told me to clear my cookies and try again. i was off the phone by the time i had a chance to do it but i did and i still get this message. So, has anyone got this error? i am at the following page (pasted below) and entering my info in the encircled section. should i be in another place??? RCCLCARIB Posted July 29, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Many times, it might be your my cruises account that is giving you trouble. I encountered the same problem and had to create a new my cruises account under the correct name that was listed on the reservation. Kinda a crazy process, but I hope it works for you. spoonful Posted July 29, 2009 Author #3 Share Posted July 29, 2009 I wasn't logged into a RCCL account. the support dude told me expressly not to do that or try to link it to "My Cruises". I'll probably give them a call when i get home tonight. Just wondering if anyone knows a fix. or if i need to go somewhere else on the website than the page that i posted. RCCLCARIB Posted July 29, 2009 #4 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Hmm..well, I link all my cruises directly to the my cruises account and am easily able to do online check-in and view my cruise. Do you have a my cruises account??? If not, (only if you want to) you should create one and link your reservation to it, which will allow you to access the reservation dashboard. peteukmcr Posted July 29, 2009 #5 Share Posted July 29, 2009 Maybe worth trying the following if you don't have a 'my cruises' login. Select 'Before You Board', then select 'Countdown to Cruise'. On this page go down to Already have a Reservation? Log in to your My Cruises Have a reservation but don't have a My Cruises account? You can create one here or just retrieve your reservation. Then select 'retrieve your reservation' and then you will be presented with the options to complete the information and select 'Submit' Hopefully this will help. Believe it or not, I was going to write you and ask you if the numbers were transposed. Honestly;) Don't worry, it will be here before you know it. Especially with the days going by so quickly. Friday is the last day of July - once we hit Labor Day, it's all downhill:D Happy cruising
